Lie instead of being lied to
There was this book by Liu Yong(刘墉）
entitled《以诈止诈》means lie to prevent being lied to
It was a very useful and meaningful book to me
as I had been a fool for my life time
everyone took advantages of me
they lied and I believed in them
they succeeded and I failed
not to mention big matter
just small matter like playing online games
those player lied to me
and I trust them
so ended I was hurt and my heart was torn apart
and this wasn't the first time
everyone keep lying to me
and I keep believing in them
you might want to know
am I stupid or something is wrong with me in the head?
I will not consider myself dumb or had mental illness
but I think the words is naive
I believed that human nature is kind
but seems that there were not many kindness left out there
people changed but I remained
so that differed myself from the others
and made me the victim
The society nowadays had changed
people doesn't trust simply
They were suspicious
as many cheater were trying to deceive them to get fast money
crime rate rose
people became self-centered
they visualized everything from their own side of view
but they never ever realized that these mindset
had leaved the others in great dangers
when you were aware of fabrications
you were safe
but instead of warning the others
you keep your arms folded and sealed your damn mouth
and let the others who are no aware became the victims
why is this happening?
because you thought others wouldn't appreciate your warning but to suspect whether you were one of the deceiver or to get yourself in trouble as you had spoiled the deceit
yes,this is exactly what is happening around me
as mentioned earlier I am a fool who always get cheated
but as time passed I gained experiences
so I can sense falsehood
but even I can keep myself away from all these
I never really make a effort to keep the others safe
WHY?
let me tell you why
Do you think I can stop all the deceit just by warning the others?
Do you think those bastard who cheat wouldn't beat me up after I spoil their plans?
Do you think the others will believe me and appreciate what I do?
Do you think I have the power to be a super hero?Always optimistic,fearless and engages super power?
No,No,No
I don't believe that one man's power is able to stop the corruption
Even it might help but the progress is slow
no one knows when these corruption can be stopped
But knowledge is more important
besides encouraging those who aware and experienced to warn the others
to stop deceit when it is happening
We should educate the people how to keep themselves safe
as English proverb says:knowledge is the key to success
I believed that knowledge also served as a deterrent to crime
instead of stopping it when it happens we stop it at its root
Isn't this a better way?
Yes you might says knowledge will also produce educated criminals
but when your victims are all educated and aware of crime
how do a criminal commit its crime???
This is a good way,isn't?
instead of blaming those who are afraid of helping will get themselves in trouble
we educate everyone in their primary education maybe in Moral lesson
so everyone is equal
no man is to be blamed for not doing anythings
because everyone is awared
Actually the book never gone this deep
this is just all my opinions
but the book do teach one thing right
when a friend of you return money to you
not a small amount and that require you to count
but when you count
your friend says:Don't worry,I wouldn't cheat."
you might miscount just by this saying
but can you recount?
No,as that show disbelieve
so how do you solve this kind of problems?
It is easy according to the book
Just lie
what do you lie about?
you should say"No that I don't trust you,but I don't trust myself,once my friend return me extra and I miscount"
your friend wouldn't say anythings more isn't it?
No one want to pay more and if he says something
then you should have doubt
or you just lie and say"My maths is poor,I can't count.Can you count for me?"
and you watch him doing it.
